Nascar's Danica Patrick was in a car crash during the Coca-Cola 600 on Sunday, May 26 and fellow Nascar driver, as well as boyfriend, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. might be at fault.
While Patrick was on lap 319, Stenhouse Jr. bumped the side of her car that caused her to hit the back of Brad Keselowski's car. When both drives tried to move forward, Patrick hit the front of Keselowski's, resulting in him hitting the wall of the track.
Both Patrick's and Keselowski's cars sustained a significant amount of damage.
Keselowski took the blame for the crash, in a statement he gave to Fox Sports. "I was three-wide with Danica and didn't know it and I cut her off and wrecked her and myself. I feel bad for her and I send my apologies to her."
Kevin Harvick won the race while Stenhouse Jr. finished in 14th place.
Patrick finished in 29th place later on.
