Amanda Bynes On the Road to Recovery

Amanda Bynes has been making some changes in her life.

Bynes spent almost six months in rehab last year and left in December. She recently went to Miracles Fitness Retreat for a week in Utah. The 27 year-old actress spent $3,250 on the retreat, but it was well worth it.

 Austin Torson, the owner and trainer at the facility said, "She was interested in getting healthier… to get in better shape, to lose about five pounds, but mainly to strengthen up and eat healthier."

Since leaving the retreat, Bynes seems to be keeping up with her workouts. She was photographed getting dropped off at a gym in Los Angeles, CA by her father, Rick Bynes on Thursday, Jan. 23.

The What A Girl Wants actress has made another change involving her body: she's getting her tattoo removed. In recent photographs, her angel wings have been fading, which, according to TMZ, was very prominent during her blue wig days.

Bynes has also enrolled herself in the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Orange County, CA.

Macklemore to Kendrick Lamar: "You Got Robbed. I Wanted You to Win"

It's not everyday that an artist apologizes for winning an award he feels another artist should have won.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis took home Grammies for Best Rap Song, Best Rap Performance, Best New Artist, and Best Rap Album. However, Macklemore feels that the award for Best Rap Album should have gone to Kendrick Lamar.


The 30 year-old new artist sent a text (below) to Lamar, 26, Sunday evening expressing how he felt about the win.

He took a screenshot of the text and posted it on Instagram. "My text to Kendrick after the show. He deserved best rap album. I'm honored and completely blown away to win anything much less 4 Grammys. But in that category, he should have won IMO, and that's taking nothing away from The Heist. Just giving GKMC [Good Kid, M.A.A.D City] it's proper respect," he said in the caption.

Justin Beiber Gets Arrested For DUI

Neighbor's allegations to DUI and arrest.

Justin Beiber was arrested in Miami, FL on Thursday, Jan. 21 for a DUI and resisting arrest. Cops stopped him for alleged drag racing.

In the police report, the officer says that he could smell "an odor of alcohol emanating from the driver's breath and had bloodshot eyes" and that he had "slow deliberate movements."

The pop star cussed the cop out, using the F-bomb multiple times. When the officer tried to do a cursory pat down for weapons, Beiber said, "What the f**k did I do? Why did you stop me?"

According to TMZ, the singer blew a .04 even though he is 19. In Florida, there is a zero tolerance for underage drinking and driving. A BAC higher than .02 results in an automatic license suspension.

Except in the police report, the officer says that Beiber was driving with an expired Georgia license. It had expired on June 24, 2013 and another charge was added.

Beiber was released later that morning, where he sat on top of an SUV and waived to a crowd of fans.

Kelly Clarkson: "Having a Girl Officially!"

I'm thinking pink.

Kelly Clarkson is pregnant with a little girl. The "Since You Been Gone" singer announced the news via Twitter on Monday, January 20.

"We just found out we're having a girl officially! I knew it! Only a girl could cause this much drama with all this vomiting ha!"

Even though the 31 year-old singer really wanted a girl, she would have been just as happy if she was pregnant with a boy. The couple decided on a unisex name for their child.

"Honestly, the name we've picked, if it's a boy or a girl, it's the same name," she told Ellen DeGeneres. "It's a random name. But it's not like... 'Blue Jazz.' It's not going to be a weird name."

This is Clarkson's first child with husband, Brandon Blackstock. Blackstock already has two kids from a previous marriage, Savannah, 12 and Seth, 6.

Kim Zolciak's Shows Pictures of Twins Kane, Kaia

Adorable.

Kim Zolciak posted a portrait of her twins, Kane and Kaia. In the photo (above), the newborns are cuddled up next to each other. 

The 35 year-old mother told Life & Style that the twins already have distinctive personalities. "Kaia is a diva honey! She's much more demanding. She loves to be snuggled all the time. And Kane is the easiest baby ever. Just feed him and change him and he's happy. Their personalities are definitely very different."

Kaia and Kane are the fifth and sixth child that Zolciak shares with her husband, Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann. The couple also shares sons KJ, 2, and Kash, 17 months, and daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, Zociak's daughters from previous relationships that Biermann adopted.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star says she is done having kids. "This is it -- no more kids! I think God gave us twins so he could say, "Y'all just want to keep having babies, so I'm going to give you two at a time. Now stop.'"

Tina Fey Makes a Taylor Swift Joke at Golden Globes

Tina Fey is a real comedian.

While congratulating friend Amy Poehler on her Golden Globe, Fey made a subtle jab at singer Taylor Swift. "I just want to say congratulations again to my friend Amy Poehler. I love you and there's a special place in hell for you."

In their opening routine, Fey and Poehler joked about the 24 year-old singer's love life. They playfully told her to stay away from Michael J Fox's son.

Swift didn't find the joke funny and gave a statement to Vanity Fair. "You know, Katie Couric is one of my favorite people, because she said to me she had heard a quote that she loved that said, 'There's a special place in hell for women who don't help other women.'"

The "Red" singer has yet to comment on Fey's comeback.

Bobbi Kristina Brown, Nick Gordon Are Happily Married

Bobbi Kristina is living a happy life as a married woman. The 20 year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston tied knot secretly and announced the news via Twitter on Thursday, Jan 9.

"@nickdgordon #HappilyMarried SO#Inlove if you didn't get it the first time that is," she tweeted along with a photo (below) of their hands, hers on top of his.

The newlyweds first announced the news of their engagement in October 2012. However, they called it off a month later. Allegedly, her family didn't approve of the couple being together. Whitney Houston took Gordon in when he was 12 years-old after finding out that his mother was unable to take care of him.

 In July 2013, Brown announced the engagement was back on via Facebook. "Yes, me and Nick are engaged. I'm tired of hearing people say, 'Eww you're engaged to your brother' or 'If Whitney was still alive, would we be together or would she approve of this?,'" she wrote. "Let me clear up something, we aren't even real brother and sister, nor is he my adoptive brother. My mom never adopted him. In fact, mommy was the one who even said that she knew that we were going to start dating."

Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart Call Off Engagement

It's an amicable split.

Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have decided to call off their engagement. A rep of Osbourne confirmed the split.

"The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing, but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it."

The 29 year-old star doesn't seem heartbroken over the split. She tweeted on January 8 saying, "It's all about perception sometimes the bad things that happen in life aren't really bad at all especially when you learn something from it!"

Osbourne and Mosshart met at Kate Moss' wedding in the summer of 2011. They went public about their relationship six months later. Mosshart proposed last summer while they were vacationing in Anguilla.

She and Mosshart were last seen together in public at the amFar Inspiration Gala in Hollywood on December 12.

Ke$ha Seeking 30 Day Treatment in Rehab for Eating Disorder

Ke$ha checked herself into rehab Friday, January 3 to treat a eating disorder. The 26 year-old singer gave a statement to Us Weekly about admitting herself.

"I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I've found it hard to practice. I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder… to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am."

The "Timber" singer, checked herself into Timberline Knolls rehab center, located just outside of Chicago, IL. Singer Demi Lovato also sought treatment at the center in 2010.

Just two days before breaking the news, the singer debuted her music video for "Dirty Love," which she says is her "face song" off her record.

James Avery Dies at 68

One of our favorite uncles has left us.

James Avery, best known as Uncle Phil on the show The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, died on Tuesday, December 31. He was at hospital in Glendale, CA where he had undergone open heart surgery.

According to TMZ, his wife, Barbara, was at his bedside. She left for a brief period and when she came back, she found out he had just died.

Alfonso Ribeiro, who played Carlton Banks on the NBS sitcom, made a status on Facebook after learning the news.

"The world has lost a truly special man. I am very saddened to say that James Avery has passed. Even though he played my father on TV, he was a wonderful father figure to me in life. He will be deeply missed."

Along with the sitcom, Avery appeared in other shows such as The Jeffersons, Charmed, That's So Raven, Grey's Anatomy. He also played in the movies Fletch, The Prince of Egypt and 8 Million Ways to Die.

He leaves behind his wife, Barbara and stepson, Kevin Waters.
