You're never too old to tie the knot.
Matthew Knowles, Beyonce's father, recently got married to former model, Gena Charmaine Avery. Knowles and Avery, 48, were engaged for a year and a half.
Knowles, 61, was unable to share his special moment with his daughters. Beyonce, 31, and Solange, 27, were unable to attend the wedding due to prior engagements.
"Unfortunately, Beyonce and Solange had previous engagements which made it impossible for them to attend."
Knowles was married to ex-wife Tina Knowles for 31 years. They divorced in 2011.
