Lil Kim's New Makeover

Lil Kim has gotten plastic surgery once again. The changes she has now are a smaller nose, fuller cheeks and lighter skin. Fans barely recognized her when she stepped out in West Hollywood on Febrauary 1. "She thinks she looks sexy," says a source close to the rapper. She used funds from club appearances to get the surgeries done.
